Rates start at $12.00 for any package and go up approximately $3.00 a pound after that. This is about even to the same rates straight from the USPS on Priority Mail sent to CANADA

Most packages are sent via USPS Priority. Prority mail takes between 1 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. The low rate shipping starting at only $2.99 is available to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
There is a $1.00 handling fee for each order. It's all right HERE in black and white and can really save you money since our average package is only a couple of pounds.
HOLIDAYS
Jewelry Supply Closeouts is closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Our shipping department will be closed on these holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Domestic Shipping
United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail Service -- arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 10 days to deliver. If a package is very heavy or large, we reserve the option to ship the package via UPS ground. For very small lightweight packages, we reserve the right to ship the package via First Class Mail.
International Shipping
Our rates are $25.00 for an average weight package. For very heavy or large shipments, we will contact you with additional freight charges.
Orders shipped to international destinations will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail and delivery times may vary with each country.
Keep in mind that our charges will only be for shipping. Customs and duties are extras fees levied by each country and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees and taxes will vary and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions about these fees.
All international packages will include a declaration indicating the contents as 'Craft Supplies', with actual value for the order listed. A package returned to us due to refusal of charges will result in Jewelry Supply Closeouts being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders willbe not processed until these costs are paid to us.
It should be mentioned that we cannot export shell products such as cameos, paua shell, blister pearls, leather products such as rawhide hammers, or any other products of organic origin.
Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to cancel any order paid with a credit card that has an authorization code indicating that information provided by the customer was incorrect. Please provide the correct billing address for the credit card used to place your order.
Additionally, we reserve the right to limit international orders as per the country of origin.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. We do not accept returns on special orders. To make a return, you must enclose a copy of your original invoice designating the items that you wish to return and the reason for returning the items. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original packaging and not damaged, bent, or abused in any manner. (we can’t sell used merchandise.) Returned merchandise will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your package with a 20% restock fee.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for merchandise. Our software does not support exchanges. We only offer returns with refunds for your merchandise. If there is a problem, please call customer service and we will be happy to help you.
